企业文化是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的不竭动力。优秀的企业文化能够营造良好的企业环境,有利于企业内部形成凝聚力、向心力,有利于激发员工积极性,促进企业资源合理配置,从而提高企业竞争力。本文阐述了企业文化的内涵,从五个方面论述了企业文化在企业管理中的功能,并对企业文化的构建提出了建议。
Corporate culture is the soul of enterprises, is to promote the inexhaustible motive force for the development of enterprises. Excellent corporate culture can create a good business environment, is conducive to the formation of internal cohesion, solidarity, is conducive to motivating staff enthusiasm, and promote the rational allocation of corporate resources, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. This article elaborates the connotation of the enterprise culture, discusses the function of the enterprise culture in the enterprise management from five aspects, and puts forward the suggestion for the construction of the enterprise culture.
