1目的 探讨人卵巢上皮癌细胞中 Th1和 Th2类细胞因子表达及其意义。 2方法 采用逆转录多聚酶链反应 (RT- PCR)技术检测 5种卵巢癌细胞系和 10份卵巢癌新鲜组织中 IL- 2 ,IFN- γ,IL- 4,IL- 6及 IL- 10m RNA表达。 3结果 5种卵巢癌细胞系中 40 %细胞株表达 IL- 4,6 0 %细胞株表达 IL- 6 ,80 %细胞株表达 IL- 10 ,无 1株表达 IL- 2和 IFN- γ. 10份卵巢癌组织中 IL- 2 ,IFN- γ,IL- 4,IL- 6及 IL- 10表达率分别为 10 % ,30 % ,5 0 % ,70 %和 90 % .4结论 卵巢癌细胞株和卵巢癌组织中以 Th2类细胞因子表达为主 ,这可能是癌细胞逃避机体免疫攻击的原因之一。
1 Objective To investigate the expression of Th1 and Th2 cytokines in human epithelial ovarian cancer cells and its significance. 2 Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of IL-2, IFN- γ, IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10mRNA in 5 ovarian cancer cell lines and 10 fresh tissues of ovarian cancer . 3 Results 40% of the 5 ovarian cancer cell lines expressed IL-4, 60% of the cells expressed IL-6, 80% of the cells expressed IL-10, none of them expressed IL-2 and IFN-γ. The expression rates of IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 in ovarian cancer tissues were 10%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 90% And the expression of Th2 cytokines in ovarian cancer tissues, which may be one of the reasons that cancer cells evade the body’s immune attack.
