目的了解江西省2家大型国有金属冶炼企业(A冶炼厂、B冶炼厂)工作场所空气中砷化合物浓度及其危害程度。方法对存在砷危害的作业岗位进行现场调查,并对空气中砷化合物浓度进行现场检测。结果 A厂和B厂车间空气中各作业点的砷化合物浓度总合格率分别为98.4%和100%,个体采样均全部合格。根据《工作场所职业病危害作业分级第2部分:化学物》(GBZ/T 229.2-2010)的规定,A冶炼厂排风机处砷化合物作业分级为Ⅱ级,属中度危害作业,两冶炼厂其他工作场所砷化合物作业分级均为0级,属相对无害作业。结论 2家金属冶炼厂针对砷危害所采取的控制措施是切实可行的,可有效保护工作场所作业人员的职业健康,符合职业卫生相关法律、法规的要求。
Objective To understand the concentrations of arsenic compounds in the air of two large-scale state-owned metallurgical enterprises (A smelter and B smelter) in Jiangxi Province and their harmfulness. Methods On-site investigation was conducted on the jobs with arsenic hazard and the on-site detection of arsenic compounds in the air was conducted. Results The total qualified rates of arsenic compounds in the air of workshop A and workshop B were 98.4% and 100% respectively. All the individual samples were all qualified. According to GBZ / T 229.2-2010, Occupational Hazards Classification of Occupational Hazards (GBZ / T 229.2-2010), Class A smelters exhaust arsenic compounds classified as Grade II, moderately hazardous and two smelters and others Workplace arsenic compound grading are 0, is a relatively harmless operation. Conclusion The control measures taken by the two metal smelters against arsenic hazards are feasible and can effectively protect the occupational health of workers in the workplace and meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on occupational health.
