基于信任、互惠规范和公民参与网络的社会资本,在完善农村公共产品供给机制,实现农村社会整合,维护乡村社会秩序方面显示了得天独厚的优势。文章论述了乡村治理与社会资本的理论关联,并具体分析社会资本在农村公共产品供给和农村社会整合方面的积极作用,在弄清中国农村社会资本现状的基础上,对如何重构农村社会资本,以解决“乡政村治”模式下的治理困境,实现乡村治理的“善治”问题上提出自己的看法。
