本文观察短暂失血性低血压预处理对心肌缺血再灌注后心肺功能的保护作用并探讨其可能的作用机制。结果表明,再灌注120min(R120)时预处理组心脏机械功能和肺气体交换功能优于缺血/再灌注组;短暂失血性低血压能减轻心脏再灌注期心肺功能损伤,其作用机制可能与体内SOD活性加强及NO含量增加有关。
This article observes the protective effects of transient hemorrhagic hypotensive preconditioning on cardiopulmonary function after myocardial ischemia reperfusion and explores its possible mechanism. The results showed that heart function and lung gas exchange function of preconditioning group was better than ischemia / reperfusion group at 120min after reperfusion (120min); transient hemorrhagic hypotension could reduce cardiopulmonary function damage during reperfusion, and its mechanism may be related to In vivo SOD activity and NO content increased.
