目的 探讨 1998年江苏省不同地区连续发生的 3起甲型副伤寒爆发在分子水平所存在的内在联系。方法 采用随机 PCR(RAPD)分析方法 ,对 3起爆发分离到的 2 2株甲型副伤寒菌株进行了分子流行病学研究。结果 2 2株菌呈 4个基因型。 3起爆发中有两起爆发菌株的优势基因型 ( 型 )一致 ,说明这两起爆发可能是由同一个克隆系菌株引起的 ,但它们各有 1株菌呈现不同的基因图谱。另一起爆发呈独特的基因型 ( 型 )。结论 随机 PCR方法能检测出表型一致的甲型副伤寒菌在分子水平存在的差异。
Objective To explore the intrinsic relationship between the three outbreaks of Paratyphus A in different areas of Jiangsu Province in 1998 at the molecular level. Methods A total of 22 strains of Paramyxovirus A (Paratyphoid) strains isolated from three outbreaks were studied by means of random PCR (RAPD). Results 22 strains were 4 genotypes. The three dominant genotypes of the two outbreaks in the three outbreaks were consistent, suggesting that the two outbreaks may be caused by the same clonal strain, but each of them had a different genetic map. Another eruption was a unique genotype (type). Conclusion Random PCR method can detect the phenotypic differences between the Paratyphi A molecular differences.
