于1995年10月8～10日,武汉邮电科学研究院固体器件研究所三项科研成果及技术指标全部达到并优于计划任务书要求,圆满通过了部级鉴定。三项产品性能指标均达到了当前国际同类产品的商用水平。这三项成果是:微型化光隔离器(国家“八六三”项目)、1 310/1 550nm高性能波分复用器(部级项目)、光纤空间耦合器和星形耦合器(部级项目)。三项成果经光纤CATV工程实用,证明该系列化器件能满足光纤通信的实用化要求。
From October 8 to October 10, 1995, the three research achievements and technical indicators of the Solid State Devices Research Institute of Wuhan Institute of Posts and Telecommunications all met and exceeded the requirements of the mission statement, and successfully passed the ministerial appraisal. The three product performance indicators have reached the commercial level of the current international similar products. These three achievements are: miniaturized optical isolator (National “863” project), 1 310/1 550nm high performance wavelength division multiplexer (ministerial project), fiber optic spatial coupler and star coupler (Ministry level project). The three achievements have been applied practically in fiber-optic CATV engineering, demonstrating that this serialized device can meet the practical requirements of optical fiber communication.
