将大尺寸形状记忆合金弹簧(SMA Spring)用于滑动隔震系统的被动控制。首先,利用Ni Ti记忆合金(Ni51.0Ti49.0)研制了大尺寸超弹性SMA螺旋弹簧,并通过力学试验研究了其力学性能。设计了配置6个SMA螺旋弹簧的受控滑动隔震支座(Multidimensional SMA Spring-Friction Bearing,简称MSFB)。将上述新型可复位支座用于单自由度基础隔震体系,建立了受控体系的有限元模型,对其进行了水平方向隔震控制性能的数值模拟,同时,将普通钢螺旋弹簧用于该单自由度系统的被动控制,开展了两种系统的地震响应对比分析。研究结果表明:大尺寸SMA螺旋弹簧在滑动隔震系统中具有良好的控制效果。
Large-size SMA Spring is used for passive control of sliding isolation systems. First, a large-sized super-elastic SMA coil spring was fabricated by Ni Ti memory alloy (Ni51.0Ti49.0), and the mechanical properties of the SMA coil spring were studied. A controlled sliding bearing with six SMA helical springs (Multidimensional SMA Spring-Friction Bearing, MSFB for short) was designed. The new type of repositionable support is applied to single degree of freedom base isolation system. The finite element model of the controlled system is established, and the numerical simulation of the horizontal isolation control performance is carried out. At the same time, the common steel coil spring is used in The passive control of the single-degree-of-freedom system has carried out comparative analysis of seismic response of the two systems. The results show that the large-size SMA coil spring has good control effect in sliding isolation system.
