Th17细胞是一类与Th1、Th2及Treg细胞不同的新型效应CD4~+T细胞,研究已证实Th17细胞在感染、炎症、自身免疫性疾病及移植物抗宿主病中具有关键的致病作用。近来研究发现Th17细胞同样存在于肿瘤微环境中,并与炎症相关性肿瘤的发生有一定关系,但目前对Th17细胞在肿瘤微环境中的分化发育条件、免疫调控机制及具体功能效应尚不完全清楚本文将对Th17细胞及其相关细胞因子与肿瘤免疫相关性的研究进展作一简要综述。
Th17 cells are a new class of CD4 ~ + T cells that are different from Th1, Th2 and Treg cells. It has been demonstrated that Th17 cells play a key pathogenic role in infection, inflammation, autoimmune diseases and graft-versus-host disease. Recent studies have found that Th17 cells also exist in the tumor microenvironment, and have a certain relationship with the occurrence of inflammation-related tumors. However, the differentiation and development conditions, immune regulation mechanisms and specific functional effects of Th17 cells in tumor microenvironment are still incomplete Clearly, this review summarizes the progress of Th17 cells and their related cytokines and tumor immunity.
