目的了解宁波市公众对食品安全监管工作的满意度情况和公众对食品安全的认知度,分析影响公众食品安全满意度的因素,为政府部门进一步完善食品安全监管工作提供借鉴和参考。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,根据经济水平和地理位置,在宁波市6个区,每个区随机抽取3个街道,进行偶遇拦截调查,并分析主要影响因素。结果公众食品安全满意度得分均值2.85分,公众认为存在较大食品安全隐患问题的食品类型前三位为肉制品类(61.15%),乳制品类(49.71%)和油脂类(53.99%),公众最担心的食品安全隐患类型前三位为农药残留超标(67.16%),滥用食品添加剂(65.10%)和违法添加非食品物质(62.30%);调查公众中有94.73%的公众关注食品安全,遇到食品安全状况时55.39%的公众选择与经营者交涉。信息来源方面,公众最相信政府网页或热线。多因素logistic回归分析得出打击违法行为力度、信息公开、对监管部门工作满意度情况、食品安全信息宣传和性别等因素为公众食品安全满意度的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论公众对食品安全满意度处于一般水平,政府相关部门应根据影响公众食品安全满意度的关键因素,提出有针对性的措施,增加公众对政府部门的信任度。同时通过宣传指导,增强公众食品安全意识。
Objective To understand the public satisfaction with food safety regulation and public awareness of food safety in Ningbo and to analyze the factors influencing public food safety satisfaction so as to provide reference and reference for government departments to further improve food safety regulation. Methods By stratified random sampling method, according to economic level and geographical location, 3 streets were randomly selected from 6 districts and districts in Ningbo City to conduct occasional interception investigation and analyze the main influencing factors. Results The average satisfaction score of public food safety was 2.85 points. The first three types of food that the public think there are big potential food safety problems are meat products (61.15%), dairy products (49.71%) and fats and oils (53.99%), The top three types of food safety hazards that the public are most worried about are the excessive pesticide residues (67.16%), the abuse of food additives (65.10%) and the illegal addition of non-food substances (62.30%); 94.73% of the public are concerned about the food safety, 55.39% of the public chose to negotiate with operators when meeting the food safety situation. In terms of sources of information, the public trusts most of the government websites or hotlines. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors influencing the safety of public food safety are the factors influencing the safety of public food such as cracking down illegal acts, disclosing information, satisfaction with the work of regulatory authorities, information on food safety and gender. Conclusion The public satisfaction with food safety is at a general level. Relevant government departments should put forward targeted measures to increase the public’s trust in government departments according to the key factors that affect the public’s food safety satisfaction. At the same time through publicity and guidance to enhance public awareness of food safety.
