第一章总则第一条为调整规范劳动关系,建立劳动力市场,保障企业和职工双方的合法权益,促进现代企业制度建立,根据《劳动法》和国家、省、市有关规定,制定本规定。第二条广州市区所有企业和与其形成劳动关系的全体正式职工,包括厂长、经理和其他在用及新进的国家干部、聘用制干部、固定工人、集体所有制职工(以下简称固定职工)、以及有本市区常住户口,使用期限超过一年的其他从业人员,均应遵守本规定,统一实行劳动合同制。第三条本规定由广州市劳动局组
