在对青海省牧区中小学校“一小时校园体育活动”开展现状调查基础上,通过建立多元线性回归模型研究分析影响“一小时校园体育活动”开展的相关保障因素。结果表明:模型具有统计学意义,体育师资和场地器材与“一小时校园体育活动”之间的相关关系具有统计学意义;经费与“一小时校园体育活动”之间的相关关系不具有统计学意义;不同保障因素对“一小时校园体育活动”开展的影响强度不同,体育师资影响最强,其次是场地器材,最后是专项经费。体育师资达标学校“一小时校园体育活动”开展好于体育师资未达标学校;专职专业体育师资相对于专职非专业体育师资对“一小时校园体育活动”的影响更为明显。场地器材达标学校“一小时校园体育活动”开展要好于未达标学校;场地器材对一小时校园体育活动的影响强度受人的主观能动性影响尤其是体育教师的主观能动性影响。经费与一小时校园体育活动之间不存在线性相关关系,但其存在成为一利好因素的可能性。主观认识不存在障碍,体育运动安全防范问题也是影响“一小时校园体育活动”顺利开展的一个间接因素。
Based on the current situation investigation of “one hour campus physical education activities” in primary and secondary schools in pastoral areas of Qinghai province, the author establishes and establishes a multiple linear regression model to study and analyze the related factors that influence the “one hour campus physical education activities”. The results show that the model has statistical significance. Physical education teachers ’standard one-hour school physical education activities carried out better than physical education teachers did not meet the standard of the school; full-time professional physical education teachers relative to full-time non-professional physical education teachers’ impact of “one hour campus physical activity ”. The “one-hour campus sports activities” carried out better than the non-standard schools. The influence of venue equipment on the one-hour campus sports activities was influenced by the subjective initiative of the students, especially the subjective initiative of the PE teachers. There is no linear correlation between funding and one hour of campus physical activity, but the possibility of its existence becoming a positive factor. There is no obstacle in subjective cognition, and the problem of sports safety precaution is also an indirect factor that influences the smooth development of “one hour campus sports activities”.
