利用阳极泥法对CSP流程不同工艺参数下生产的汽车大梁板ZJ510L、集装箱板SPA-H、普板ZJ330B三个钢种铸坯中的大型夹杂物进行了研究。发现尺寸350μm以下的大多为圆球形状的Si-Al-Ca类夹杂物,常规拉速4.7~5.0 m/min夹杂物尺寸一般在390μm以下。连铸稳态生产情况下铸坯纵向大型夹杂物数量分布差异较大,水模型研究发现其原因是由于结晶器内“液面动态失稳”现象造成的。拉速越大夹杂物容易上浮的临界直径越大。
The anode mud was used to study the large inclusions in the three steel slabs ZJ510L, SPA-H and PJ ZJ330B produced under different process parameters of CSP process. The Si-Al-Ca-based inclusions, which are mostly spherical in shape and have a size of 350 μm or less, were found to have a normal drawing speed of 4.7-5.0 m / min. The inclusion size was generally 390 μm or less. In the case of steady casting, the number distribution of large and large inclusions in the longitudinal direction of cast slabs is quite different. The water model shows that the reason is due to the phenomenon of “dynamic instability of the surface” in the mold. The larger the pulling speed, the larger the critical diameter of inclusions that is easy to float.
