农村中对于土地的纠纷也大大增加,法院在审理这种案件时处理方法方式是否得当对促进农村土地的合法、高效流转起着非常重要的作用。当前土地纠纷案件类型主要有承包合同履行纠纷、承包合同效力纠纷、侵占土地使用权纠纷等。本文分析了农村土地承包合同纠纷的成因,当前土地纠纷案件主要特点,并就如何解决土地纠纷提出了几点对策。
Disputes over land in rural areas have also greatly increased. The proper manner in which courts deal with such cases plays a very important role in promoting the lawful and efficient circulation of rural land. The current types of land dispute cases are the contractual arrangements for the implementation of disputes, contractual disputes effectiveness of the contract, the occupation of land-use rights disputes. This article analyzes the causes of rural land contract disputes, the main features of the current land dispute cases and puts forward some countermeasures on how to solve the land disputes.
