目的:探讨铬天青S-双波长分光光度法测定水中微量铝。方法:在盐酸-乙二胺缓冲介质(pH6.7-7.0)中,水样中的A l3+与铬天青S、乳化剂OP及CPB反应形成蓝绿色四元络合物,用铬天青S-双波长分光光度法进行定量。结果:测定波长620 nm,参比波长586 nm,铝含量在0.50~5.00μg呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9992,相对标准偏差(n=5)4.97%、4.32%,加标回收率为90.0%~106.7%。结论:本法操作简单,精密度高,能够满足水中微量铝测定的要求。
Objective: To investigate the determination of trace aluminum in water by chromazurol S-dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Methods: In aqueous hydrochloric acid-ethylenediamine buffer medium (pH6.7-7.0), A l3 + in water sample reacted with chrome azurol S, emulsifier OP and CPB to form a blue-green quaternary complex with chrome azure S-dual-wavelength spectrophotometry. Results: The determination wavelength was 620 nm, the reference wavelength was 586 nm, and the content of aluminum was 0.50 ~ 5.00 μg. The correlation coefficient was 0.9992, the relative standard deviations (n = 5) were 4.97% and 4.32% Is 90.0% ~ 106.7%. Conclusion: This method is simple, high precision, able to meet the requirements of trace aluminum determination in water.
