本文用45只烏拉坦麻醉大白鼠,分别于注射胍乙啶10毫克/公斤后的2分钟、10分钟、2小时、24小时及48小时(前三个时間是靜脉注射,后两个时間是腹腔注射),記录血压,并取出腎上腺、胸主动脉、心、脾及腎,测定CA含量。血压变化的三个时相与主动脉壁NA含量似有平行关系,但与其他各器官CA含量无明显相关;胍乙啶后期降压机制是使交感神經末梢所支配的器官內的NA排空的結果。
