How to dynamically grasp the key and difficult points from the perspectives of teaching materials, teachers ’teaching and students’ learning from the perspective of development and change is an urgent problem to be solved in teaching activities. The author believes that the focus and difficulty of physical education is a dynamically generated process, it will be with teachers and students teaching, activities of the process of continuous change. In this paper, level three (sixth grade second semester) goat sub-Leung classroom teaching unit as an example, to elaborate.
