飞机燃油输油顺序精确控制,是保证飞机重心始终位于设计规定范围内的重要保证。飞机机动飞行改变了油箱内燃油油面与飞机机体的一致性,产生油面角,会出现信号器发出错误控制信号的问题,导致燃油输油控制发生紊乱。本文通过油箱内燃油油面角的计算,模拟机动飞行状态,优化了某型飞机后机身油箱信号器安装位置及数量,精确分阶段控制后机身油箱输油顺序,防止飞机重心超出设计规定范围。
Precise control of aircraft fuel oil sequence is an important guarantee to ensure that the aircraft center of gravity is always within the design requirements. Aircraft maneuvers have changed the consistency of the fuel oil level in the fuel tank with the aircraft body, resulting in a nodal angle that would give rise to a problem that the annunciator would issue an incorrect control signal, causing a disruption to the fuel delivery control. In this paper, the fuel oil noodles angle in the tank is calculated to simulate the state of maneuver flight, to optimize the installation position and quantity of fuselage tank annunciator of a certain type of aircraft, to precisely control the sequence of fuel supply to fuselage tank after phased in order to prevent the aircraft center of gravity from exceeding the design requirements range.
