采用多开采井段制止水锥此法能制止或限制油、气井开采中的水锥问题。在出现水锥的情况下,油气井采用多开采井段可以防止水锥。这些不同的开采井段可以由两个以上深度不同的射孔井段构成,也可以由被封隔器隔开的两个以上裸眼井段构成。对油井来说,除了主要采油井段外,第二个开采井段应当位于采油井段下部的水浸区或低于原始油水界面。对于气井,第二个开采井段应高于主要产油井段或位于气顶区,这第二个开采井段的目的是为了防止或尽量减少水、气锥进到主要油、气开采井
