用矮脚黄白菜两用系中的才育株繁育而成的自交系和由其转育而成的萝卜胞质雄性不育系为母本,与10个不结球白菜自交系配制了20个组合。组合和其亲本在秋冬栽培期安排了4次重复的随机区组试验,应用同亲回归分析等数量遗传学方法,对雄性不育系的亲本选配及其特点进行了初步探索。试验结果表明,与矮脚黄白菜相比较,萝卜胞质组合单株重,单叶重、叶/柄比的遗传变异更多地受非加性遗传效应控制,与亲本性状值的相关系数有减小的趋势。萝卜胞质组合除了象矮脚黄白菜组合一样,要选择综合性状优良的亲本以外,还要注意广泛进行配组,及早进行配合力的测定。要多选用单位面积叶鲜重大和叶绿素含量高的材料作为亲本。
