龙港镇作为省级小城市试点镇,经过三年多的培育实践,文化设施超常建设,群众文化活动丰富多彩,但与经济发展和广大群众不断增强的精神文化需求相比还存在着一定的距离。在文化培育中务必要加强文化阵地建设,发展壮大人才队伍,切实发挥小城市公共文化的引领和辐射作用。
