为了解决机制砂配制的大流动度混凝土和易性差的缺点,通过在混凝土中掺加聚羧酸高性能减水剂,并用粉煤灰按不同比例取代水泥等配合比试验验证,最终得出如下结论:1)使用机制砂配制的混凝土的易性较差,容易出现离析、泌水现象,需要采取措施对配合比进行调整优化;2)在混凝土中加入高性能减水剂和粉煤灰,既可以减小水泥用量,又可以改善混凝土的和易性。
In order to solve the shortcomings of poor workability and high fluidity concrete made of sand, the following experiments were carried out by mixing high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer with concrete and using fly ash instead of cement in different proportions. Conclusions: 1) The concrete prepared by using mechanism sand has poor workability, prone to segregation and bleeding phenomenon, and needs to take measures to adjust and optimize the mixture ratio; 2) Add high performance water reducer and fly ash to concrete, Not only can reduce the amount of cement, but also can improve the workability of concrete.
