研究了不同剂量复方锌制剂对镉致妊娠大鼠肝细胞损伤的保护作用。结果表明,镉中毒组孕鼠肝细胞损伤严重,光镜下观察,见肝细胞水肿、明显水样变性及散在的溶解坏死;电镜下观察,见肝细胞近溶解状态,胞浆内有大片空化区,核染色质呈絮状,内质网肿胀,部分线粒体嵴解体。喂服300μg/ml锌制剂对镉致肝损伤有显著的保护作用,光镜和电镜下观察,见肝脏结构接近正常,提示复方锌对镉中毒致孕鼠肝损伤有拮抗作用。
The protective effects of different doses of compound zinc preparations on hepatocellular injury induced by cadmium in pregnant rats were studied. The results showed that severe hepatotoxicity was observed in the pregnant mice exposed to cadmium poisoning. Under light microscope, hepatocyte edema, apparent watery degeneration and scattered lytic necrosis were observed. Under the electron microscope, the liver cells were almost lysed, District, nuclear chromatin was flocculent, endoplasmic reticulum swelling, some mitochondrial cristae disintegration. Oral administration of 300μg / ml zinc had a significant protective effect on cadmium-induced liver injury. Observation by light microscope and electron microscope showed that the structure of liver was close to normal, suggesting that compound zinc had antagonistic effect on liver injury induced by cadmium poisoning.
