文章主要探讨了老年环境与老年人慢性疾病的相关关系。通过文献调查提取了11项代表性慢性疾病以及23项老年环境设计因子,并拟定了调查表。再通过德尔菲法(Delphi Method)由医疗以及环境专家共同分析了两者之间的关系,最后通过对患有此类慢性疾病的老人或家属的访谈,验证并完善了其调查结果。调查结果显示大部分慢性疾病均受空间因子的影响。
The article mainly discusses the relationship between the elderly environment and chronic diseases of the elderly. Through literature survey, 11 representative chronic diseases and 23 environmental design factors of the elderly were extracted, and a questionnaire was drawn up. The Delphi Method was used by medical and environmental experts to analyze the relationship between the two. Finally, the survey results were verified and improved through interviews with the elderly or their families with such chronic diseases. The findings show that most chronic diseases are affected by spatial factors.
