随着社会的不断发展,我国的经济优势也在逐渐增强。许多地方政府为了扩大资金的利用效率,在工业园区进行招商引资,以此来促进商品的销售。传统的园区建设有着一些弊端,主要体现为空间布局不合理、结构规划不得当等等。为了能够解决以上问题,形成鲜明的产业群体,实现资源的有效配置,本文从招商引资营销方式的构架入手,对主要策略进行研究。
With the continuous development of society, the economic advantages of our country are also gradually increasing. Many local governments promote the sale of goods in order to increase the efficiency of capital utilization and attract investment in industrial parks. The traditional campus construction has some drawbacks, mainly reflected in the unreasonable layout of the space, the improper structure planning and so on. In order to solve the above problems, form a distinct industry group, and realize the effective allocation of resources, this article starts with the framework of the marketing approach of attracting investment, and studies the main tactics.
