板蓝根种质资源是板蓝根研究的重要基础,板蓝根遗传多样性评价有助于种质资源的搜集、管理和利用。为了合理利用板蓝根种质资源,在露地栽培条件下,比较分析了32份板蓝根种质材料在结籽期的物候期和主要农艺性状。结果表明:各种质材料在结籽期的返青期最大极差为21d,展叶期最大极差为22d,现蕾期最大极差为25d,开花期最大极差为27d,结荚期最大极差为17d,株高最大极差为70cm,单株分枝数最大极差为22个,千粒重最大极差为10.21g,单株种子产量最大极差为101.0g。其中种质材料BLG2012-22的种子千粒重最大为14.93g,与其余各品系间自成一类。
The Radix isatidis germplasm resources are the important basis for the research of Radix isatidis. The evaluation of the genetic diversity of Radix isatidis contributes to the collection, management and utilization of germplasm resources. In order to make rational use of the Radix isatidis germplasm resources, the phenological periods and major agronomic traits of 32 Radix isatidis germplasms in the seed-setting stage were comparatively analyzed under the open-field cultivation conditions. The results showed that the maximum difference of seedling stage was 21d, the maximum difference of seedling stage was 22d, the maximum difference of budding stage was 25d, the maximum difference of flowering stage was 27d, the largest podding stage The maximum difference was 70 cm, the maximum number of branches per plant was 22, the maximum difference of 1000-grain weight was 10.21g, and the maximum difference of single seed yield was 101.0g. Among them, the seed weight of BLG2012-22 was 14.93g, which was the same as the rest of the lines.
