目的:建立红色金银花绿原酸、芦丁含量的测定方法,并比较红色和黄色金银花不同花期有效成分的差异。方法:对红色金银花绿原酸、芦丁含量测定方法的线性关系、检测限、定量限、精密度、稳定性、重复性、加样回收进行考察。采用HPLC法测定红色和黄色金银花中绿原酸、芦丁的含量。结果:黄色金银花绿原酸含量在花蕾期最高,而红色金银花中绿原酸含量在败花期最高。结论:红色金银花与黄色金银花在不同花期有效成分含量存在差异。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of chlorogenic acid and rutin in red honeysuckle, and to compare the differences of active ingredients in different flowering phases of red and yellow honeysuckle. Methods: The linear relationship, detection limit, limit of quantitation, precision, stability, repeatability, and sample recovery of red honeysuckle chlorogenic acid and rutin were investigated. HPLC method was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid and rutin in red and yellow honeysuckle. Results: The content of chlorogenic acid in yellow honeysuckle was the highest in the bud stage, while the content of chlorogenic acid in red honeysuckle was highest in the flowering stage. Conclusion: There are differences in the content of active ingredients in different flowering stages between red honeysuckle and yellow honeysuckle.
