目的观察米非司酮联合利凡诺羊膜腔内注射终止中期妊娠的效果。方法选择孕16～27周自愿终止妊娠健康孕妇180例。随机分为两组,观察组用利凡诺羊膜腔内注射联合米非司酮口服终止

目的观察米非司酮联合利凡诺羊膜腔内注射终止中期妊娠的效果。方法选择孕16～27周自愿终止妊娠健康孕妇180例。随机分为两组,观察组用利凡诺羊膜腔内注射联合米非司酮口服终止妊娠,对照组单纯利用利凡诺羊膜腔内注射终止妊娠。比较两组宫缩发动时间、宫缩至引产结束时间、引产总时间、出血量、胎盘胎膜残留量。结果观察组引产总时间短、产后出血少,胎盘胎膜残留量少,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论利凡诺羊膜腔内注射联合米非司酮口服终止中期妊娠是一种简单、安全、有效、快速的终止妊娠的方法。
