为了改善东鞍山贫赤铁矿的浮选指标,扩大赤铁矿捕收剂的品种,寻求和制备效果好、成本低、原料来源广的新型捕收剂,我们曾在1964年5月至1965年10月期间,用沈阳油脂化学厂生产的合成脂肪酸,进行了制备氯代酸反应条件的研究工作,在沈阳化工厂进行了氯代酸的工业试制,并用所制备的氯代酸对东鞍山贫赤铁矿进行了工业试验。试验结果表明,这种捕收剂在矿浆中的分散性好,矿化速度快,捕收能力较强,选择性好。所以,在保证精矿品位的前提下,能使金属回收率提高1~1.5%。
In order to improve the flotation index of lean hematite in Dong'shan Mountain, to expand the varieties of hematite collector and to seek and prepare new collector with good effect, low cost and wide source of raw materials, In October of the year, with the synthesis of fatty acids produced by Shenyang Oil Chemical Plant, the preparation of chlorinated acid reaction conditions were studied in Shenyang Chemical Factory conducted a pilot trial of chlorinated acid, and the use of chlorinated acid prepared on the East Anshan Hematite was tested industrially. The experimental results show that this collector has good dispersibility in mineral pulp, high mineralization rate, strong catching ability and good selectivity. Therefore, the premise of ensuring the quality of concentrate, the metal recovery rate can be increased by 1 to 1.5%.
