目的分析在我院胸外科施行胸腔镜手术患者围手术期优质护理的应用效果。方法合理排班、弹性调配人力资源、落实优质护理各项措施、实施个性化护理。结果缓解患者负性情绪,提高患者护理满意度,明显提高手术质量。结论胸外科施行胸腔镜手术患者围手术期采取优质护理护理服务可减少术后焦虑和负面情绪的产生。
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative quality nursing in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery in thoracic surgery. Methods Rational scheduling, flexible deployment of human resources, the implementation of quality care measures, the implementation of personalized care. Results alleviate the negative emotions of patients, improve patient satisfaction with care, significantly improve the quality of surgery. Conclusion Thoracoscopic surgery patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery to take high-quality nursing care services can reduce postoperative anxiety and negative emotions.
