This paper reports the changes of HDL-C and HDL-C, HDL-C and HDL-C contents in rat serum after different doses of CS2 and different doses of CS2. The results showed that there was no significant difference in HDL-C, HDL2-C and HDL3-C between the two groups (P0.01, P0.01) . With prolonging of exposure time (from 0 → 21 days → 49 days), HDL-C and its subgroup concentration did not change significantly in the serum of the treated group (360,120 mg / kg) compared with the control group. The results showed that under the experimental conditions, CS2 had no obvious toxic effects on the reverse transport of lipids, and had no significant effect on the main links (including important metabolic enzymes) in this process. It is suggested that the increase of lipid synthesis in extrahepatic tissues and the reverse transport did not accelerate the accumulation of lipids, which may be one of the mechanisms of cardiovascular toxicity caused by CS2 leading to dyslipidemia.
