对高速插秧机防水浪机理及其措施进行了理论分析及试验研究,优选的防浪曲面有较好的防浪效果。田间对比试验表明,在插秧频率为220min-1时,加单、双防浪曲面装置的秧船均能达到机插要求,冲倒秧苗小于3%,在浙江农业大学田间高速插秧模拟试验时(加防浪装置,插秧频率为300min-1~310min-1),其半波高平均值在23.1mm~25.2mm之间,基本达到高速机插要求。
The theory and experimental research on the mechanism and measures of preventing water leakage of high-speed rice transplanter are carried out. The preferred anti-wave surface has better anti-wave effect. Field experiments showed that when the frequency of transplanting was 220min-1, the seedlings with single and double wave-proof surface devices could reach the requirement of machine insertion and the seedlings of the nursery were reduced to less than 3%. When simulating the high-speed transplanting rice seedlings in Zhejiang Agricultural University Plus anti-wave device, the frequency of transplanting 300min-1 ~ 310min-1), the average half-wave height of 23.1mm ~ 25.2mm, basically meet the high-speed machine plug requirements.
