应用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法，对２９例子宫内膜非典型增生和３２例子宫内膜高分化腺癌进行了Ⅳ型胶原、ＣＥＡ及乳铁蛋白对比检测。结果显示：非典型增生基底膜Ⅳ型胶原阳性表达为２５／２９．阳性物呈连续线状包绕腺体；高分化腺癌阳性表达为８／３２，阳性物为间断不连续的片段。作者对Ⅳ型胶原、ＣＥＡ及乳铁蛋白这三种免疫标记物在鉴别非典型增生与高分化腺癌中的意义作了分析。并对这两类病变各自的主要超微结构特点作了观察及讨论。
Immunohistochemical ABC method, 29 cases of endometrial dysplasia and 32 cases of endometrial hyperplasia adenocarcinoma type Ⅳ collagen, CEA and lactoferrin contrast test. The results showed that atypical hyperplasia of type Ⅳ collagen positive expression was 25/29. The positives showed a continuous linear wrapping around the gland. The positive expression of the differentiated adenocarcinoma was 8/32. The positive ones were discontinuous discontinuous segments. The authors analyzed the significance of the three immunological markers of type IV collagen, CEA and lactoferrin in the differential diagnosis of atypical hyperplastic and well-differentiated adenocarcinomas. The main ultrastructural features of these two types of lesions were also observed and discussed.
