分别用纯铝锭和Al-0.30%Ti电解低钛铝合金锭熔配了共晶Al-Si无钛ZL108和5种不同钛含量的ZL108Ti合金,对比研究了它们在300℃时的高温拉伸和室温磨损性能。结果表明:随着钛含量的增加,合金的高温抗拉强度和耐磨性不断增加,当钛含量为0.12%时,ZL108Ti合金有最佳的高温抗拉强度,平均值达到135.94 MPa,室温耐磨性能也明显优于其它钛含量合金,因此过高的Ti含量不一定对合金的力学性能和耐磨性有利。
Eutectic Al-Si titanium-free ZL108 and five different titanium contents of ZL108Ti alloy were melted with pure aluminum ingot and Al-0.30% Ti electrolytic titanium alloy ingots, respectively, and compared their high-temperature drawing at 300 ℃ And room temperature wear performance.
