以淬裂的50CrVA摩擦片为研究对象,借助金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了原始热轧态及淬火开裂后试样中的夹杂物、断口形貌和显微组织,分析了淬裂原因。结果发现:试样中含有的较多MnS夹杂、淬火后试样中碳化物形态的不均匀、产品的截面尺寸是造成产品淬裂的主要原因。建议通过控制进厂材料与球化退火工艺来防止淬火开裂。
The quenched and ruptured 50CrVA friction plates were taken as the research object. The inclusions, fracture surfaces and microstructures in the original hot-rolled and quenched and tempered samples were observed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that: the sample contains more MnS inclusions, after quenching the sample carbide morphology is not uniform, the product of the cross-sectional size of the product is the main reason for quenching. It is recommended to prevent quench cracking by controlling the material into the plant and ball annealing process.
