在筛选真菌活性代谢产物过程中,从分离自四川省蜀南竹海的土壤真菌SIA-F403的发酵液中,分离出能抑制粘附分子ELAM-1的活性代谢产物SIA-C403,其理化性质和波谱分析表明为已知的抗肿瘤抗生素布雷菲尔德菌素A。菌种经鉴定被命名为布雷菲德氏真青霉Eupeniciliumbrefeldianum(B.Dodge)Stolk&Scot。这是首次报道布雷菲尔德菌素A具有抑制粘附分子ELAM-1的新活性。本文同时提供了布雷菲尔德菌素A的早期鉴别方法
In the process of screening active metabolites of fungi, SIA-C403, an active metabolite of ELAM-1, was isolated from the fermentation broth of soil fungi SIA-F403 isolated from Zhuhai Bamboo Sea, Sichuan Province. The physicochemical properties And spectral analysis showed the known anti-tumor antibacterial Brefeldin A. The strain was identified as Eupeniciliumbrefeldianum (B.Dodge) Stolk & Scot. This is the first report that brefeldin A has a novel activity of inhibiting the adhesion molecule ELAM-1. This article also provides an early identification of Brefeldin A
