应台北飞航管制员协会的邀请,以民航总局空管局陈海鞠局长为团长的中国民航协会航行管制工作委员会一行9人,于9月11～18日赴台湾参加了“2001年海峡两岸空管技术交流研讨会”。在交流会上双方介绍了空管的现状,管制员的技术培训,探讨了有关的技术问题,对空管(CNS/ATM)的发展策略和应用等进行了研究。这次空管技术交流是海峡两岸50年来的第一次,双方通过技术交流,消除了误解,增进了了解,建立了友谊,弄清了一些问题。对今后需要解决的问题,理出了头绪,找到了解决的办法,并对下一届空管技术研讨会举行的时间、地点进行了探讨和磋商。
At the invitation of the Taipei Flight Control Association, a 9-member delegation of Civil Aviation Authority of China under the leadership of Director General Chen Ha Ju of the Air Traffic Control Administration of CAAC went to Taiwan for participation in the 2001 ~ Cross-Strait ATC Seminar ". At the exchange meeting, both sides introduced the status of ATC, the technical training of controllers, discussed the related technical issues, and conducted research on the development strategy and application of ATC (ATC). The exchange of ATC technology was the first time in 50 years between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits that the two sides eliminated the misunderstanding, improved understanding, established friendship and clarified some issues through technological exchanges. For the future problems to be solved, to figure out the clue, find a solution, and the next ATCC seminar held at the time and place for discussion and consultation.
