每天早上孩子来园时段,我们大多会安排孩子玩桌面积木游戏。游戏结束时,教师总会拿起自认为搭得比较好的作品放到展示台上,其他没有完成或教师认为搭得不大好的作品则会让孩子拆散,把积木归放到篮子里。或许教师对这种做法已习以为常,但仔细想来,这是不尊重孩子的表现。教师从所有孩子的作品中挑选出好的作品,从表面上看是关注到了全体,但其实是对孩子的不公平,对此我们能否做得更深入一些呢。比如,教师可以把孩子未搭完的作品
