目的研究适时挤压胸管对胸腔镜下肺部手术患者术后的影响。方法选取2016年5—6月同一医疗组行胸腔镜下肺部手术116例患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各58例。对照组定时挤压胸管,观察组适时挤压胸管,比较2组患者术后第1天、第2天、第3天的引流量、胸管拔除时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生率、患者主观感受等。结果患者术后第1天、第2天、第3天的引流量,胸管拔除时间、术后住院天数及并发症的发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者睡眠情况、满意度等主观感受优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下肺部手术患者适时挤压胸管安全可行,能减轻医护人员工作量,减少患者疼痛,提高患者术后睡眠质量及满意度。
Objective To study the effect of timely squeezing of the chest tube on postoperative thoracoscopic lung surgery. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary surgery in the same medical group from May to June in 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. Control group regularly squeeze the chest tube, the observation group timely squeeze the chest tube, the two groups were compared on the first day, the first two days, the third day of drainage, chest removal time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications The incidence of disease, patients’ subjective feelings and so on. Results There was no significant difference in the drainage rate, the time of chest tube removal, the length of postoperative hospital stay and the complication between the first day, the second day and the third day after operation (P> 0.05). Patients in the observation group Sleep, satisfaction and other subjective feelings better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions It is feasible and safe to squeeze the chest tube in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery. It can reduce the workload of medical staff, reduce the pain and improve the quality and satisfaction of postoperative patients.
