铁道部资阳内燃机车工厂与中国石化总公司制造供应公司和中国化工装备总公司,于1990年5月11日至12日在资阳内燃机车工厂召开了CK1C型工矿内燃机车设计方案审查会。参加会议的除中国石化总公司所属企业22个单位33名代表外,还有中国化工装备总公司,部分冶金企业、部分海港等12个单位18名代表。铁道部机车车辆工业总公司派代表参加了会议。
Ministry of Railways Ziyang diesel locomotive factory and China National Petrochemical Corporation manufacturing supply company and China National Chemical Equipment Corporation, in May 11, 1990 to 12 in Ziyang diesel locomotive factory held CK1C type industrial and mining diesel locomotive design review. In addition to 33 representatives from 22 units of SINOPEC affiliated enterprises attending the meeting, there were 18 representatives from 12 units of China National Chemical Equipment Corporation, some metallurgical enterprises and some seaports. Ministry of Railways Rolling Stock Industry Corporation sent a representative to attend the meeting.
