随着国家对高产高效工作面的要求不断提高,液压支架的性能要求也就越来越高。对液压支架结构件进行设计,并对结构件进行校核及有限元分析。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,按照国标中所规定的工况对液压支架进行受力分析,并针对分析的结果进行优化,分析表明:该液压支架能够较好地满足工作的要求。
With the continuous improvement of national requirements for high-yield and high-efficiency work surfaces, the performance requirements of hydraulic supports are also getting higher and higher. The hydraulic support structure design, and the structure of the check and finite element analysis. The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the force of the hydraulic support in accordance with the working conditions stipulated in the national standard. The results of the analysis were optimized. The analysis shows that the hydraulic support can meet the requirements of the work well.
