我厂自1973年以来,从德国、日本等国进口的制剂、硬胶囊制造等设备共47台套(线),总价值220万美元,为我厂生产的发展、质量的提高和出口创汇发挥了重大作用。保持进口设备的完好,充分发挥设备效能,以取得良好的投资效益,除加强重点管理和提高操作、维修人员的技术素质外,配件的储备供应十分重要。前些年,我厂用13万美元进口一些备件,基本满足了维修的需要,但存在两个突出问题:一是价格昂贵,如购进一支意大利 MATIC 2000/30型硬胶囊自动填充机拔囊导管,进口价格折合人民币1542元,而国产化件只需200元(均是1988年价);二是手续繁琐、周期长(一般需半年以上)。为此,我们在进口设备配件国产化方面做了以下一些工作,使进口设备得以正常运行。

To this end, we have done the following work on the localization of imported equipment accessories to enable the normal operation of imported equipment.
