笔者最近到河池、宜州两市和环江、都安等县市对国有商业企业推行国有民营改革情况作了调查。听取了这些县市主管部门领导的介绍,和部份企业经理等干部的反映,总的印象是:国有民营,形势喜人,效益显著,利国利民。 两县、两市推行国有民营改革进展较快,他们所取得的成绩和主要经验是: 1、更新思想观念 明确改革重点 The author recently visited the cities of Hechi, Yizhou, and Huanjiang, Duan, and other counties to investigate the state-owned commercial enterprises’ implementation of state-owned private reforms. After listening to the presentations of the leaders of these county- and city-level authorities, and reflecting with the cadres of some corporate managers, the overall impression was that the state-owned private enterprises had a gratifying situation and significant benefits, benefiting the country and the people. The reform of state-owned private enterprises in the two counties and the two cities has achieved rapid progress. Their achievements and major experiences are as follows: 1.
