目前,我国许多高校旅游管理专业的学生毕业之前需要在旅游企业进行长时间的顶岗实习,旅游企业聘用高校实习生既可以降低经营成本又可以充实企业人力资源储备同时降低管理难度。但是企业在实习生管理过程中又出现了缺少人文关爱、缺乏系统培训等问题,导致实习生缺乏职业认同感。因此,旅游企业需要通过实施人性化管理方式,为实习生制定长远的职业发展规划,加强对学生能力道德方面的培养等方法提高实习生职业认同感,从而实现企业与实习生的双赢局面。
At present, many university tourism management students in our country need long-term internship in tourism enterprises before graduation. Hiring college intern students in tourism enterprises can not only reduce the operating costs, but also enrich the enterprise human resources reserves and reduce the management difficulty. However, in the process of internship management, enterprises lack of humanistic care and lack of systematic training, leaving their interns a lack of professional identity. Therefore, the tourism enterprises need to improve their intern’s professional identity by implementing humane management mode, making long-term career development plan for intern and strengthening the cultivation of students’ ability and morality, so as to achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and intern.
