目的探讨不同投照角度对牙体与充填材料间微渗漏的影响。方法 63颗完整前磨牙随机分为3组,以颊面正中制备成标准V类洞。以3种不同光照角度分别对3组常见复合树脂进行充填固化,形成9组,每组7颗标本牙。在体视显微镜下观测龈壁及牙合壁处的微渗漏。结果改变投照角度后,3组光固化树脂龈壁处微渗漏的染色深度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),光照为90°时发生微渗漏染色最浅,牙合壁处不同光照角度微渗漏染色深度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对3组树脂进行比较,龈壁差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),牙合壁与龈壁侧比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同光照角度对牙体与光固化树脂间微渗漏有影响,改变光照角度后通用型Z350复合树脂发生微渗漏染色最轻。
Objective To investigate the effects of different angles of irradiation on microleakage between dental materials and filling materials. Methods Sixty-three intact premolar teeth were randomly divided into three groups, which were prepared into standard V-type cavities by buccal center. Three groups of common composite resins were filled and cured respectively at three different illumination angles to form nine groups of seven specimens each. Microleakage at gingival wall and occlusal wall was observed under a stereomicroscope. Results After changing the irradiation angle, there were significant differences in the microleakage depths of gingival wall between the three groups (P <0.05). When the illumination was 90 °, the microleakage staining was the lightest and the occlusion wall was different There was no significant difference in the depth of microleakage between light and light (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in gingival wall between the three groups of resin (P <0.05) Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion Different light angles have a significant effect on the microleakage between the dental and photocurable resin. Microleakage staining of the universal Z350 composite resin is the lightest when the light angle is changed.
