我厂生产的汽车前轴(图1)在用户中享有很高声誉,但在前轴的落差h检测时,测量误差较大。由于前轴的钢板座平面与主销孔端面形成两个角度,即内倾角γ及转向角β。而产品图样要求的落差h为钢板座平面至主销孔端面空间点(主销孔中心)的距离,很不易测量。 以前用量观测量落差h,不能测出实际值,而且由于量规尺寸太大,笨重而且易变形,影响测量的准确度。因此我们设计了一种角度量块(图2)来测量h的尺寸。测量时将前轴置于检验平台上的两个等高方箱上,定位销1装入主销孔中,并将刻线(图3)对正两主销孔连线,此时量块2测量面与平台平行,可直接测量。实测值经高度尺寸换算即可得出较精确的h值,使用方便,快捷。 量块2原加工时,分成γ及β角两次加工,既慢
