目的 提高 CT检查对骨与关节损伤重要性的认识。方法 骨与关节损伤共 2 18例 ,其中 2 0例为多发。均有外伤史。共有颅骨骨折 88例 ,脊柱骨折 89例 ,骨盆骨折 8例 ,四肢骨骨折 33例 ,共累及关节面 89个。所有病例均行 CT检查 ,其中 6 8例行 X线检查。结果 平片有骨折 CT显示骨折 36例 ,平片可疑骨折经 CT明确骨折 2 7例 ,平片骨折不明显而 CT显示骨折 5例。本组骨与关节损伤共计 2 18例 ,累及骨达 2 45块 ,累及关节面 89个。结论 CT可以进一步明确骨折的存在及其并发症 ,对于细微骨折的发现有很大意义。CT在骨与关节损伤的诊断中具有很重要的价值。
Objective To improve the understanding of the importance of CT in the diagnosis of bone and joint injuries. Methods Bone and joint injuries in a total of 2 18 cases, of which 20 cases were multiple. Have a history of trauma. There were 88 skull fractures, 89 spine fractures, 8 pelvic fractures, 33 fractures of the extremities and 89 articular surfaces. All cases underwent CT examination, of which 68 routine X-ray examination. Results Plain fracture CT showed fracture in 36 cases, flat slice suspicious fracture CT clear 27 cases, flat plain fracture and CT showed fracture in 5 cases. The group of bone and joint injuries, a total of 2 18 cases involving bone up to 2 45, covering 89 articular surface. Conclusion CT can further confirm the existence of fractures and its complications, for the discovery of fine fractures of great significance. CT is of great value in the diagnosis of bone and joint injuries.
