目的通过观察用药前后原发性轻中度高血压患者血清细胞凋亡抑制因子Fas/APO-1的水平来评价二氢吡啶钙通道阻滞剂(calc ium channel b lockers,CCB)对细胞凋亡可能的影响。方法采取随机双盲法对照观察原发性轻中度高血压的患者,随机分为盐酸贝尼地平组和氨氯地平组。治疗前后分别用ELISA的方法检测血清中细胞凋亡抑制因子Fas/APO-1的水平。结果治疗后,两组Fas/APO-1的水平均显著低于治疗前(P=0.001)。两组间治疗前后Fas/APO-1水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长效二氢吡啶钙通道阻滞剂具有一定抑制细胞凋亡的功能,可改善细胞凋亡与增生之间的失衡。
Objective To evaluate the effect of calcineurin channel b lockers (CCB) on the apoptosis of the patients with primary mild to moderate hypertension before and after treatment by observing the level of serum apoptosis inhibitor Fas / APO-1 Possible effects. Methods A randomized, double-blind trial of patients with primary mild to moderate hypertension was randomly divided into benidipine hydrochloride group and amlodipine group. Serum levels of apoptosis inhibitor Fas / APO-1 were detected by ELISA before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of Fas / APO-1 in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P = 0.001). There was no significant difference in the levels of Fas / APO-1 between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion Long-acting calcium dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers have the function of inhibiting apoptosis and can improve the imbalance between apoptosis and proliferation.
