立轴冲击式破碎机在制砂时转子加速板磨损严重,需要频繁更换。通过离散单元法建模仿真,分析加速板的主要磨损区域,分别改变转子的结构参数和生产参数,探究加速板的磨损特性。结果表明:选择合适的加速板安装角度、加速板圆弧半径和分料锥高度,可使加速板的磨损情况得到改善;而入料量、转速和入料高度的增加会导致加速板磨损加剧。仿真分析结果可为后续减小加速板磨损、优化转子结构提供一定的参考。
Vertical shaft impact crusher in the manufacture of sand rotor acceleration plate wear serious need to be replaced frequently. Through the discrete element method modeling and simulation, the main wear area of accelerating plate is analyzed, and the structural parameters and production parameters of the rotor are changed respectively to investigate the wear characteristics of the accelerating plate. The results show that the wear of the accelerator plate can be improved by selecting the appropriate installation angle of the accelerator plate, the arc radius of the accelerator plate and the height of the dump cone. However, the increase of the feeding amount, speed and feeding height will cause the acceleration plate to wear more . The results of simulation analysis can provide some reference for further reducing the wear of accelerator plate and optimizing the rotor structure.
