我国中小企业在上世纪90年代之后逐渐发展壮大,现在已成为国民经济的重要组成部分。但是,鉴于我国市场经济改革的不断深化,市场竞争也变得越来越激烈。与大型企业比较起来,我国目前的中小企业主要是以粗放式经营为主体,所生产的产品与大型企业的相比,在成本和质量等各方面均存在相当大的劣势。因此,在我国市场经济发展步入到新的发展阶段之后,中小企业要实现新发展,选择好适合自身的战略显得十分重要。本文从市场营销战略、企业名牌战略、技术创新战略、人力资源开发战略四个部分进行了探讨。
Since the 90s of last century, China’s small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually developed and expanded, and now they have become an important part of the national economy. However, in view of the continuous deepening of the reform of the market economy in our country, market competition has become more and more intense. Compared with large enterprises, the current small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are mainly dominated by extensive operations. Compared with large-scale enterprises, the products they produce have considerable disadvantages in terms of cost and quality. Therefore, after China’s market economy has entered a new stage of development, it is very important for SMEs to achieve new development and choose a suitable strategy for themselves. This article from the marketing strategy, enterprise brand strategy, technological innovation strategy, human resources development strategy is discussed in four parts.
